Bring it to your
GP

your whole story in one document

Appointments are short and memory of a bad fortnight is unreliable. The Full Report puts everything the app knows about your flares in one scrollable document and one PDF, so your GP or rheumatologist sees how often, how long, which joints and what was logged around each one, instead of a summary from memory. A practitioner on GoutMe sees nothing until you accept, and a trusted person can be invited to follow your timeline.

why bring it to your GP?

In the UK in 2012, 2.5% of adults had gout, up 64% since 1997, yet only 18.6% of newly diagnosed people started urate-lowering treatment within six months.

One scrollable report

Frequency over time, What Happened and its combinations, medicines and What Worked, What Strengthens You, what you were doing and where, how it affected you, the full flare timeline with charts of what was around each flare, and your health metrics. Filter the whole report by time range or tag, choose the metrics to lay over the graph, and Generate Report hands a PDF to your phone's share sheet. The report and the PDF are part of Premium.

Sharing, scope by scope

If a practitioner on GoutMe asks to see your data, you choose what to share, and they see nothing until you accept. You can change it or stop sharing at any time; sharing is part of Premium. The nearby list is separate: those practices come from Google, are not part of GoutMe and cannot see anything.

A trusted person

Caregivers in Settings lets you invite someone by link. On their phone they see your timeline, the flares and what was logged around them, so the person fetching the ice pack at 3 a.m. already knows what the week looked like. They cannot edit anything, and you can remove them whenever you like.

When to get help now

Some things should not wait for a report. A hot, swollen joint with a fever, feeling very unwell, or a joint that was recently injected or operated on can be an infection and needs urgent care today. Chest pain or breathlessness needs emergency help now. If you tick any of these during setup, the app says so, and the AI says so whenever a message mentions them.

Where it lives in the app

Insights and then Full Report: a filter at the top for time range and tags, the sections in one scroll, and Generate Report at the end, which hands the PDF to the share sheet. Caregivers is in Settings. Nearby clinics and practitioners are under Guidance in Community.

What it needs from you

Premium for the report and the PDF. A practitioner sees nothing until you accept, and you choose what to share and can stop at any time. A trusted person needs only your invite link.
